Our Wedding

Frank and I were childhood sweethearts. Both of our cousins are best friends and we all grew up together. Frank left Louisville after graduation and we lost touch. After 25 years, we saw each other at the same Kentucky Derby party. We reconnected as old friends catching up. I had the opportunity to pursue the specialty of nursing I had already wanted and I moved to Birmingham for my dream opportunity. Our friendship grew into unconditional undying love for each other. We are each others best friends. First love rekindled! #ADashofDavis

Mona, better known as the Fun and Brave One,  is not only my older cousin , but also my older sister. She was the person that named me and we have been close ever since. She loves to travel and inspires me so much.

Ta'Landria, better known as Lady, the Dancing One, is my bonus daughter.  She is the life of the party and knows I love to dance. She always gets me out of my shell and is an amazing young lady.

Frank, better known as Lil Frank,   is the groom's oldest son. He is quiet, loving, fun and devoted to his family.

Keondre, better known as Biggie, is the groom's son.  Even though he is one of the youngest he is the biggest.  I call him our gentle giant. One of the most respectful, sweetest, and hard working young men I know.

Dee, better known as the Lone Wolf, is the groom's  nephew.  Dee will go almost anywhere by himself.  He  is always supportive and he will check in and take care of everyone.  Dee is so easy to talk to and we always have great conversation and a great time.

John, aka John John, is a childhood friend of the groom.  They have been friends since elementary school.  Their birthdays are one day apart and they are definitely two peas in a pod.

Demetrius, aka Boo, is the groom's cousin. Demetrius and Frank grew up together when Frank lived in Kentucky.  Demetrius is very laid back and cool like that!
